Theodore McNeal, a proud Detroit native, is the CEO of Building More With Theodore, a comprehensive brand that spans four businesses in the fields of Real Estate, Financial Literacy, and Design & Build:

Through these ventures, Theodore serves a wide range of clients, from real estate investors and home buyers/sellers to individuals looking to improve their credit for major purchases. His team assists investors with property acquisitions and provides restoration and general contracting services to support community development—one home at a time. Additionally, Theodore founded The Building More Development Group, a nonprofit dedicated to real estate development and resource provision for urban neighborhoods.

Before entering real estate, Theodore had a successful career in Design/Build and Construction, contributing to major projects like the Q-Line, the Penske Technical Center, and the University of Michigan’s Mobility Transformation Facility (MTF). He earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Architecture and Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
