Building More Design & Construction (BMDC) is a skilled team of designers, builders, and licensed contractors working closely with investors, developers, and bankers.

WHAT
BMDC offers a wide range of services within the design/build and construction industry, including building, designing, renovating/rehabbing, property and project management, rehab financing, and real estate pre-development. We support investors with purchasing, selling, and improving properties for cash flow or renovation and resale.

WHEN
BMDC was officially established in 2019.

WHERE
We primarily serve Metro Detroit, from Ann Arbor to Port Huron, and provide expertise with Opportunity Zones, the Detroit Strategic Neighborhood Fund, the Community Revitalization Program, and Detroit Land Bank Authority (DLBA) projects.

HOW
BMDC engages with clients through both virtual and in-person consultations. After signing a contract, we deliver services as outlined in our terms of service, included in each contract.

BMDC was founded to provide investors with reliable service and address the needs of urban neighborhoods with vacant or distressed properties. Our mission is to revitalize inner-city communities, one home at a time.

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

• Payment Methods: We accept bank wire transfers, PayPal, and Cash App. For PayPal transactions, contact us to ensure smooth processing.

• Property Walkthroughs/Estimates: A $75 deposit is required for property walkthroughs. Estimates are delivered 48–72 hours after the walkthrough, with the remaining balance due before final delivery.

• Investor Retainage: For ongoing investment and development projects, retainers range from $250 to $1,000, depending on project size and scope.

• Design Development & Planning/Permitting: A $125 consultation fee is required to initiate design documentation. This fee is applied to the final cost.

• Rehab Funding & Lending: A $375 consultation fee is due at the time of consultation.

• Demolition & Board-Up Packages: Pricing varies based on property size and scope.

• Interior Renovation Packages: Costs depend on room square footage, paint selection, and project scope.
